The program aims to empower Palestinian women in marginalized areas and villages, and the community at large. It gives women more avenues to earn a living and be financially independent.

Through the innovative and comprehensive training program, women develop their skills in hand embroidery, machine sewing, fashion design, styling, employability, entrepreneurship, and networking. After the training, women are engaged in income generating activities.
